Hotels.com Didn’t Add My Rewards Points After My March 30 Stay

I booked a 1-night stay through Hotels.com for March 30–31, 2025, and completed the stay without any issues. However, my rewards points were never added to my account afterward. This isn’t the first time this has happened—it's becoming a pattern, and I’m tired of constantly chasing missing points.
If we’re not going to receive the reward points we earn, then what’s the point of using Hotels.com in the first place? The whole appeal of the platform is the ability to collect and redeem rewards.
Hotels.com, you need to address this issue urgently. Either credit the points from my stay or be transparent about changes to your rewards policy. I expect a prompt resolution and fair treatment.
