Hotels.com Unresponsive and Unreliable Service Complaint

Normally I don't write any complaints about any companies but they drove me crazy. The worst Hotel Agency in the world. They do not take care of their customers incredibly. It does not produce any solution. When they try to produce, they do whatever they want without any approval. I made a reservation for an X Hotel months ago. It was later canceled by the hotel for an unknown reason. Naturally, my holiday plans were completely ruined. I wrote to support. We insisted that they were sorry and agreed that they would refund 20% of the original reservation amount. He said to write after checking out. I wrote it, they talk as if it never existed. I did SS thanks God as evidence. I sent everything as ss. This time they keep their promises differently. They started talking like they didn't promise At all. Then I reached the amount I wanted. He says we can't give a refund this time, let's give a coupon. I said I won't use your site again, and even if I do, I'm not planning a trip in the near future. He deposited the coupon without confirming it and could not get a refund. They would give the different amount I mentioned above, but as a refund. Anyway, in short, it's a lie. It's not a lot of money, after all, money is not easy to earn. Customer satisfaction You get angry after disgrace. I put you on my blacklist, you are finished. Don't use it, don't let it be used.
