Hotels.com Took My Payment but Doesn’t Show My Booking

I made a hotel reservation online through Hotels.com and paid a significant amount for the booking. However, I am now unable to cancel it. When I downloaded the app to manage my reservation, it says there is no booking associated with my account.

This is extremely frustrating—I followed all the steps correctly, but the reservation has disappeared. I’ve searched for a customer service phone number, but there’s none available. The app’s help center is completely unhelpful and doesn’t offer any real support or solutions.

I want a full refund for a reservation I can’t even view, manage, or cancel. Hotels.com, you need to take this issue seriously. Either restore my booking or return my money immediately. Your customers deserve working tools and real customer service, not dead ends.
