I made a reservation for the Mardin Hilton Hotel on Hotels.com from April 7th to July 24th, and I accidentally canceled it 9 minutes later. They debited the entire accommodation fee to my card and never reimbursed it. Despite the fact that only 9 minutes had gone, ₺6519 was debited from my card. I couldn't reach anyone by phone during the holidays, and when I called for a refund thereafter, it hadn't been handled yet. I believe this is an unjust gain, and I am seeking recompense for my hardship.

No response has been made, the fee was charged to me and it was even invoiced, I demand the return of this unjust income to me. How do you record the fee for a reservation that was canceled 9 minutes later as income for your company? Please have a conscience.
