Hotels.com Refuses to Refund After Canceling Sheraton Munich Booking
On November 5, 2024, I booked a reservation through Hotels.com for Four Points by Sheraton Munich Arabellapark, scheduled from April 1 to April 20, 2025 (Reservation No: 72958158427813). However, on November 6, 2024, I had to cancel my booking because my visa application was denied.
I canceled the reservation through the Hotels.com platform and expected a refund. Unfortunately, despite repeated follow-ups, Hotels.com has not refunded my payment and continues to delay the process without providing any clear updates.
This experience has been extremely frustrating, and I demand the immediate return of my money. Customers should not have to deal with such unprofessional practices when a cancellation policy is in place.
