Hotels.com Refused Refund for My Canceled Berlin Mercure Hotel Booking
I booked a stay at the Berlin Mercure Hotel through Hotels.com for January 20–28, 2025 (Reservation No: 72964876936049), and made the full payment in advance. On December 20, 2024, a full month before the check-in date, I requested to cancel the reservation. Despite this timely request, Hotels.com has refused to issue a refund.
This is completely unacceptable and feels like exploitation. I acted well within the cancellation window, and I expect a resolution. Hotels.com, I demand that you process my refund immediately and address this issue properly. Customers deserve fair treatment and clear communication when it comes to cancellations and refunds. Please respond promptly and resolve this matter.
