Cancelled Reservation Not Refunded By Hotels.com
On April 10, 2024, I made a hotel reservation through Hotels.com. After making the reservation, I called the hotel for confirmation. I was disappointed to hear that the hotel did not receive my reservation and that they do not work with Hotels.com. I canceled my reservation within 2 minutes, but it's been over a month and my refund still hasn't been processed.
