Hotels.com Refund Not Received After 43 Days

On June 17, I made a refundable reservation with the reservation number 72855979785006. I canceled the reservation just 2 minutes after making it. An email was sent confirming the amount to be refunded. It stated that the refund would be reflected in my bank account within 24 hours, but it never did. After several emails with the representatives, 43 days have passed, and they still claim that the refund has been processed. Do you think a bank would miss such a refund? In reality, there is no refund. I am now handing this matter over to my lawyer because I am very tired of this process. You have no right to put people in such a difficult situation with their own money. At least remove refundable reservations so people are not victimized. Please do not respond to this complaint with the same template message you send to everyone.
