Hotels.com Did Not Refund My Canceled Reservation

Hotels.com definitely has no customer service and cannot be reached. It has been a long time since I canceled my reservation, and I still haven't received a refund. I haven't received any informative messages or emails about this issue. I received an email stating, “Your reservation has been canceled, but a refund cannot be issued.” This is absurd. I am immediately reporting this matter to Presidential Communication Center and the Consumer Rights Protection Agency, and I am filing a complaint against Hotels.com. I am also immediately sharing this issue with everyone on my social media accounts, which have a large following. There is no such policy anywhere that says no refund will be issued, and there cannot be. If the refund for my reservation cancellation with the number 73179078685232 is not issued, all legal proceedings will be initiated by me, and I will also ensure that people do not fall into the Hotels.com trap through my social media accounts with a large following.

There has been no response or follow-up from the brand in any way, nor do they care. We paid a lot of money, which is not a small amount in these economic conditions, and it is absolutely unacceptable for them to take my money like this. If I do not get a result soon, I will apply to CİMER and the Consumer Rights Court. I will also share on my social media accounts that this brand, Hotels.com, is seriously misleading its users and people.
