Hotels.com Payment Issue - Missing Invoice for 6-Night Stay

Dear Customer, You can find your receipt in your confirmation email. In the Payment Information section of your confirmation email, you can see a breakdown of information that may be required for expense reporting: nightly rates, taxes and fees, credit card information. What needs to be done To print the receipt from your confirmation email: • Select the Print Receipt option in your confirmation email. • Follow the instructions. If you do not have an email address, you can also find and print your receipt on Hotels.com. To print a receipt from your Hotels.com account: • Log in to the Manage Your Bookings page. • Select your reservation in the Upcoming or Completed section. • Select the View and Print Receipt option. • Follow the instructions. To print a receipt without an account: • Go to the Find Your Bookings page. • Enter your confirmation number and select Submit. • Select the View Your Reservation option. • Select the View and Print Receipt option. • Follow the instructions. VAT receipts and tax invoices If you need a VAT receipt or tax invoice for a hotel or vacation rental for holiday or business travel, you must select the Pay Later option during booking. After making your payment at check-out, request a tax invoice from the front desk clerk or hotel manager. Useful information: • If you have prepaid for your reservation, the hotel or vacation rental will provide you with an additional receipt for expenses incurred during your stay. • If you are paying for your reservation at check-out, your hotel or vacation rental will provide you with a receipt that includes all charges. • You cannot request a receipt by phone.
