Hotels.com Ignored My Complaint About Money Stolen at Deevana Patong Resort

We made a 3-night reservation from Hotels.com at Thailand - Deevana Patong Resort & SPA Hotel. We checked in at the hotel and our money was stolen from the locked safe on the first night. Despite the police reports and images, and even the issue was reported to the country's embassy, ​​I wrote many lines to Hotels.com through the feedback section on the site and explained the issue, no one called me or even responded to my writings. When I researched other platforms, I found that the same incidents had occurred at this hotel 7-8 times in previous years and took screenshots. Why does Hotels.com present such a business to us as a super hotel? Aren't you responsible for the hotels you book? Is it that hard to write 2 words and show that you are interested? Is it until everything is done and you receive the money? The 3 nights we stayed at this filthy hotel were a disaster for us. It's been almost 3 weeks and Hotels.com has acted as if they didn't know anything and there has been no response. I had written many negative reviews about this filthy hotel we stayed at on Hotels.com, but the fact that the review was only shared as a title, not even a single word of what I wrote was shared, and only the photos I added were thought-provoking. I am complaining about Hotels.com. I am requesting a full refund of the payment I made to this filthy hotel due to the 4-day chaos we experienced, and I would like to state that I have already stated this request to Hotels.com in the feedback section. I kindly request that those who read the complaint evaluate the issue carefully along with this article.
