Hotels.com Canceled My Booking but Refund Still Not Received

On February 14, 2025, I made a hotel reservation through Hotels.com, but due to personal reasons, I canceled it three days later. During my chat with Hotels.com support, they assured me that a refund had been processed and advised me to check with my bank.

However, after multiple conversations with my bank, they confirmed that no refund has been received. Despite having my payment receipt as proof, I still haven’t received my money back.

This situation is unacceptable, and I expect Hotels.com to resolve this issue immediately. Where is my refund? I need clear confirmation and proof that my money has been returned. Fix this now!
