Hotels.com Charged An Extra Fee And Did Not Refund It!

During my reservation made on April 16, 2024, through Hotels.com, the payment was charged again by the hotel upon check-in. It's been almost two months, but I still haven't received any refund. When I contacted the hotel, they claimed that the refund had been processed, but no money had been credited to my account. When I requested proof of the refund, Hotels.com representatives did not respond to my emails. I've been waiting for two months, and no one is taking responsibility.
