I Face Hostinger Billing Issues Over A $19 Charge I Did Not Approve

On July 11, 2026, a charge of approximately $19 appeared on my Garanti BBVA credit card ending in 1882 with the description “Hostinger*HOSTINGER. W.” The transaction was categorized as “entertainment/hobby.” I have not used any Hostinger service or subscription for a long time, approximately 1–1.5 years, and I did not authorize any new product purchase, service, or automatic renewal.

I believe this amount was charged by Hostinger without my knowledge or permission. I request a full refund of the approximately $19 transaction and the complete cancellation of any subscription or service that may still be registered under my name.

I also request that this unauthorized transaction be investigated urgently and that my inconvenience be resolved without further delay.
