Fraudulent HBO Max Subscription Charge Needs Immediate Refund

On the night of May 7, 2026, at 02:32:06 AM, I noticed a charge of approximately $8 on my Garanti Bank Bonus Gold credit card with the description “iyzico/HBOMAX.com.” However, I never applied for any subscription to HBO Max or any similar platform, and this transaction was completed entirely without my knowledge or approval.

I request that this unauthorized transaction be canceled and that the approximately $8 charged to my card be refunded to me immediately. In addition, if any HBO Max subscription has been created or linked to my identity using my credit card information, I demand that it be urgently canceled and that my card information be reviewed within your systems for security purposes.

I kindly request that a full investigation be conducted regarding this transaction that occurred without my consent and that I be informed in writing about the outcome and all related processes.
