Hostinger Annual Payment Went Through Yet My Account Disabled

Even though I made the annual payment for the hosting package I bought, none of the hostinger employees solved my problem and they closed my account without permission. They say they will not refund any money. There is never a person in front of you. You can't talk to a real agent, why? no idea!! The money I gave was in vain and they deleted my account. If you want to waste your money, you can choose hostinger. Definitely don't buy them. Don't buy anything. Then you feel scammed and always in trouble.!!!
