I Face Repeated Hoover Dryer Breakdowns and Request Replacement
The Hoover brand tumble dryer I purchased in July 2024 started malfunctioning within just a few months. Before even reaching September 2024, I contacted the Hoover service center in Sivas Central due to the first issue. They told me that they completely replaced the internal components of the machine and renewed all parts.
However, only a few months later, the machine broke down again, and more parts were replaced. Now, my dryer has malfunctioned once again and has been taken to the workshop for yet another round of part replacements.
The fact that the same product has failed multiple times within such a short period and is being kept operational only through repeated part replacements has caused me significant inconvenience and raised serious concerns about the reliability of the product. Additionally, I was never provided with any service receipt, record number, or documentation during any of these service processes.
For a product that fails this frequently and requires constant repairs, I am not requesting another repair but a permanent solution. I demand that my Hoover tumble dryer be replaced with a new unit.
I would like to thank the Hoover representatives who quickly intervened in the issue and replaced my machine with a new one.
A new machine was sent by the brand. Moreover, it's an upgraded model. Thank you very much for the fast and effective solution.
