Hoover Washer-Dryer Repair Failed And Replacement Was Denied

I purchased a Hoover washer-dryer HDQ 3101110625040186 from Hepsiburada.com and on 10 June 2026 the machine started tripping the breaker and the display was going off during use. This problem occurs in every program and the machine cannot be used properly. For the first fault record, the service team came and stated that because I did not have a surge protection socket, the repair would be paid. I was charged 15,600 TL and my machine was taken for repair. According to the service form, they wrote that the boards were changed due to “high incoming voltage”. However, when the machine was returned and I used it for the first time, the breaker tripped again and the screen went off in the same way, so the problem clearly was not solved. In addition, during their first visit they told me that the drum was cracked and that it would be replaced with a brand new one. When the machine was brought back, I realized that instead of installing a new drum they had only applied some substance to the cracked area and returned the same drum, despite what they had promised. I am both financially and materially aggrieved because I paid 15,600 TL for a repair that did not fix the problem and because the cracked drum was not replaced as stated. I request that the fee I paid be refunded and that the product be either replaced with a new, fault‑free machine or that an appropriate solution equivalent to a full replacement be provided as soon as possible.
