I was disappointed to find that the motherboard of the Hoover dryer I had just bought broke down after only one week of use. The service crew came out on November 25 and told me they ordered the part, but now two weeks later, I still haven't received it. I am currently without a functional dryer in the midst of winter. Unfortunately, customer service still hasn't responded positively to my inquiry regarding the arrival of the motherboard, even though it's December 11th. My initial enthusiasm for Hoover has now been dashed. That being said, I will not be suggesting this brand to anybody. If the problem is not corrected as soon as possible, I will file a lawsuit.
