Hoover Connected My Dishwasher to a Blocked Drain and Refused to Provide Support

I purchased a set of four white goods from Hoover. The authorized service team came, installed the products, and assured me they were ready for use. However, when I ran the dishwasher, it flooded my kitchen. When I called the service again, they suggested that the machine might have been connected to a closed drain and that I needed to resolve the issue myself. It turns out they had connected it to a blocked drain and left. As a result, I had to clean up water late at night. When I contacted Hoover customer service, they said it was my responsibility to prepare the drain and that they couldn’t do anything. I am not a plumber and shouldn’t be expected to know about drain types. I explained that if the area wasn’t properly prepared, they shouldn’t have handed over the product as ready for use, but they provided no support whatsoever.
