Honor Didn't Fulfill The Warranty On My Watch GS Pro

99

Huawei gave me a warranty when I bought the Honor Watch GS Pro smartwatch, but the band broke after just two years. When I asked Honor for warranty service, they sent me to Huawei, and I started getting the runaround. After I sent it to Huawei service, they said it was my fault and said it would cost 814 TL to fix. I'm very upset by this answer, because I bought the product because I trusted the brand and the warranty. For something that costs this much, it shouldn't break down so quickly. Honor and Huawei didn't back up their products and keep their warranty promises, which made me feel cheated and frustrated. I think you should stay away from these brands and look for a more reliable one.
