Huawei Watch Fit 2 Not Tracking Steps or Heart Rate After Charging

I bought a Huawei Watch Fit 2 less than a year ago. After each charge, the watch stops counting steps and measuring heart rate. Resetting to factory settings fixes it temporarily. Thinking it was a software issue, I continued using it this way for a while. Later, I decided to send it in under warranty, expecting a replacement or repair before the warranty expired. However, the company responded that the issue was "user-caused" and asked for ₺7,423 for repairs on a watch that cost between ₺2,500-₺3,000. If anyone wants to waste money on junk, go ahead. For a real product, choose reputable brands.
