I Used My Huawei Watch D2 Normally—Now It’s Dead After Handwashing

I purchased a Huawei Watch D2 smartwatch and used it for only three weeks before it suddenly shut down and never turned back on. I sent it to the authorized service center, and to my surprise, they claimed it was user error due to liquid damage and demanded ₺8,000 for repairs.
I clearly explained that I never swam, showered, or exposed the watch to water beyond normal handwashing. And yet, they still refused to take responsibility. If a smartwatch with a water-resistance certification can't even handle basic handwashing, then it's not fit for use and is clearly a defective product.
I requested a return or exchange, but no one from Huawei provided support or even acknowledged the issue.
