I Need a Refund for an Unauthorized 339 Baht TopPDF App Subscription Charge

I had a subscription with the “PDF” mobile application, which I no longer wish to use. Despite this, on 19 June 2026 at 17:01:31, an amount of 339 baht was withdrawn from my TrueMoney wallet under order code p67d38ecbe4b0da0244adbc0d. I did not intend to continue this subscription and do not want any further charges. I request a full refund of the 339 baht that was taken on this date and the immediate cancellation of the subscription, including disabling any automatic renewal so that no future payments are made without my explicit consent. I kindly ask for this issue to be resolved as soon as possible and for written confirmation once the refund has been processed and the subscription has been fully cancelled.
