Unauthorized Charges From Hongkong Vcreation Cloud Technology Limited

On October 25, 2026, an amount of 699 PHP was charged to my GCash account for a transaction under the name “HONG KONG VCREATION CLOUD TECHNOLOGY LIMITED.” I did not subscribe to or use any service from this company, and I was not performing any transaction or using any application at the time the amount was deducted. I consider this an unauthorized and fraudulent charge. I request that the 699 PHP be fully refunded to my GCash account and that any similar future transactions from this merchant be blocked so that this does not happen again. I kindly ask for this issue to be investigated urgently and for written information to be provided to me regarding the result.
