GCash Complaint About Hong Kong VCreation Cloud Technology Charge

I am writing regarding an unauthorized transaction made from my GCash account linked to my GCash card. On October 10, 2026, at approximately 8:03 PM, an amount of ₱699.00 was deducted from my account and paid to “Hong Kong VCreation Cloud Technology Limited.” I did not make this payment, did not authorize anyone else to make it, and I do not recognize this merchant at all. The transaction appears in my GCash records with the reference number 468793131. I have a screenshot of the transaction details as evidence and can provide it if needed. I respectfully request an urgent investigation into how this transaction was processed through my GCash card and account. I also ask for assistance in securing my account against any further unauthorized use and clear guidance on the refund or chargeback process so that the ₱699.00 can be returned to me as soon as possible. I expect to be informed in detail about the findings of your investigation, the actions taken to protect my account, and the timeline and method for refunding the disputed amount.
