Starread Technology Charged My GCash Without Authorization

I am a GCash user in the Philippines and I was recently charged 699.00 PHP by Starread Technology Limited on 17 October 2026 without my authorization. I did not approve this transaction, did not knowingly purchase any product or service from this company, and I did not share my account with anyone who could have made this payment. After noticing the unauthorized charge in my GCash transaction history, I tried to reach both GCash and Starread Technology but have not received any response so far. This situation makes me feel unsafe about the security of my account and funds. I urgently request a full refund of the unauthorized 699.00 PHP transaction to my GCash account. I also ask that this transaction be investigated, that the security of my account be checked, and that I be informed in writing about the result of the investigation and the measures taken to prevent similar incidents in the future.
