Quxin Unauthorized Charge Without Consent – Request Refund and Cancellation

On 15/07/2569 there was a charge of 50 baht made through TrueMoney under Quxin with order number 20260715190000000000000820002*** even though I never placed any order with this company. I do not know what product or service this order refers to, I only see from the transaction record that the money was taken from my account without my consent. This is an unauthorized transaction and I am very concerned about the security of my account. I request that this 50 baht be fully refunded and that the order associated with this number be cancelled. I also ask that Quxin investigate how this transaction was created without my permission and ensure that no further unauthorized charges occur on my account.
