I Want a Refund for an Hong Kong QuXin IQ Test Subscription I Never Agreed To

I am writing to raise a complaint regarding unauthorized recurring charges made by Hong Kong QuXin Technology Limited in connection with an online IQ test I accessed via my Android phone using the Chrome browser. At 4/6/2026, RM 26 (approximately USD 6) was deducted from my Touch ’n Go eWallet balance in Malaysia for payments to “Hong Kong QuXin Technology Limited” with the description “IQ Test.” The transaction references in my Touch ’n Go eWallet records is 20260604190000000000240000524219. I accessed this IQ test through a web browser and was never clearly informed that this was a paid service, that any money would be deducted from my account, or that I was signing up for a recurring subscription. For this reason, I consider these charges unauthorized because I did not knowingly agree to any paid or recurring service. In light of the above, I request a full refund of all the amounts that were deducted from my Touch ’n Go eWallet for this IQ test service, as I did not give informed consent for a paid or recurring subscription. I also request that this case be investigated and that written confirmation be provided that no further charges will be made to my account in the future.
