I recently discovered an unauthorized transaction on my PayMaya account linked to an IQ test service of Hong Kong QuXin Technology Limited. On April 10, an amount of 229 Philippine pesos was charged without my clear consent or awareness of any subscription. After noticing this, I immediately contacted PayMaya support. They informed me that I need to reach out to the merchant directly to cancel the subscription and request a refund. I was not properly informed that I would be enrolled in a paid subscription, and I did not knowingly agree to recurring charges. I kindly request the immediate cancellation of any subscription or recurring payments linked to my details and a full refund of the 229 Philippine pesos that were charged. I also ask that my account and payment information be removed from your system to prevent any future unauthorized charges.
