Hong Kong Vcreation Cloud Unauthorized 699.00 Transaction on My GCash Wallet

I am writing to report an unauthorized transaction taken from my GCash wallet on the GCash Android app. On 29 October 2026 at around 5:08 pm, an amount of 699.00 was deducted from my GCash balance and sent to “HONG KONG VCREATION CLOUD TECHNOLOGY LIMITED”. I did not make or approve this payment, I have no knowledge of this company, and I have not used any app, website, or service that should receive this 699.00. I did not give any permission for this charge, so I consider it a fraudulent or unauthorized transaction. I request that the full amount of 699.00 be urgently refunded to my GCash wallet and that any current or future payments, auto-debits, or subscriptions related to “HONG KONG VCREATION CLOUD TECHNOLOGY LIMITED” be identified and blocked so that this does not happen again. I am also requesting an investigation into how this unauthorized transaction was processed on my account to ensure my GCash wallet is secure.
