GCash Unauthorized Charge of PHP 699 by Hong Kong VCreation Cloud Technology

On 11 October 2026 at around 11:02 p.m., an amount of 699.00 PHP was charged to my GCash account by “HONG KONG VCREATION CLOUD TECHNOLOGY LIMITED” without my knowledge or consent. I did not start any subscription, did not knowingly use any service of this company, and did not approve or authorize this transaction in any way. I noticed this unauthorized 699.00 PHP transaction in my GCash history on 11 October 2026 at around 11:02 p.m. After seeing the charge, I searched for any confirmation, e‑mail or contact information related to this company but could not find any, so I have not been able to reach them directly to resolve the issue. I request that this unauthorized payment of 699.00 PHP be fully refunded to my GCash account, and that any subscription, recurring payment or automatic debit that may have been started without my clear and explicit consent be immediately cancelled. I also expect written confirmation that this subscription, if any, has been terminated and that no further charges will be made to my account in connection with HONG KONG VCREATION CLOUD TECHNOLOGY LIMITED.
