Hong Kong QuXin Technology Subscription Could Not Be Cancelled

I recently discovered that I have an unwanted active subscription with Hong Kong QuXin Technology Limited and I would like it to be cancelled as soon as possible. Today I was charged RM18 for this subscription, and I do not wish to continue it. I attempted to cancel the subscription through the Google Play app, but despite following the process there, the subscription still appears as active and I have not been able to terminate it. This situation is causing me concern because I do not want any further charges. I request that Hong Kong QuXin Technology Limited immediately cancel all of my active subscriptions linked to their services so that no future payments are taken from my account.
