Hong Kong QuXin Subscription Issue - Survey Charge Cancel Request

I am writing regarding a subscription linked to Hong Kong QuXin Technology Limited that started on 19 March 2026 through a Facebook survey. I paid RM1 as part of the survey process, and afterwards I noticed an unsuccessful RM18 transaction attempt in my e‑wallet that appears to be related to this subscription. I do not want this subscription and would like it to be stopped immediately. I have not been able to find clear contact information for Hong Kong QuXin Technology Limited, so I have not yet contacted customer service directly. I have supporting details such as reference information and screenshots for the RM1 payment and the attempted RM18 charge that I can provide if needed. My request is that this subscription be cancelled immediately and that no further attempts are made to charge my e‑wallet or any of my payment methods.
