Hong Kong Quxin Technology Keeps Charging Me RM18 Without My Consent

I am writing to report unauthorized monthly charges by Hong Kong Quxin Technology for a service called “Skala penilaian kendiri SCL‑90” and to request a full refund of all amounts taken. On 9 May 2026, I noticed a charge of RM18 on my account, and since then this RM18 fee has been deducted every month up to the present date. I have never taken any psychology test, nor do I recall registering for or agreeing to any subscription or recurring payment related to “Skala penilaian kendiri SCL‑90”. I also do not remember clicking any link, using any specific app, or making any one‑time payment that would justify ongoing monthly deductions. When I checked my Touch ’n Go (TNG) account to try to cancel this charge, it did not appear under auto payments, so I am unable to stop it from there. Because of this, I have been left without any clear way to cancel the subscription or prevent further deductions. I request that Hong Kong Quxin Technology immediately cancel any subscription or recurring payment related to “Skala penilaian kendiri SCL‑90” on my account and issue a full refund for all RM18 monthly charges that have been taken without my knowledge or consent. I also ask for written confirmation that the subscription has been cancelled and that no further deductions will occur.
