Hong Kong Quxin Technology Charged Me for an Unwanted Subscription
I am writing regarding an unwanted subscription and deduction made by Hong Kong Quxin Technology. I had used an online IQ test service from this company but do not recall being clearly informed that I would be subscribed to any paid service. Recently, I noticed that an amount of RM10 was deducted once from my Touch ‘n Go eWallet for a subscription linked to Hong Kong Quxin Technology. I did not knowingly approve or intend to continue any paid subscription with them and I have not been able to find any option to cancel this subscription. I request that this subscription be cancelled immediately so that no further deductions are made from my Touch ‘n Go eWallet. I also request a refund of the RM10 that has already been charged, as I did not clearly consent to an ongoing paid service. I kindly ask for your support in investigating this issue and helping me cancel the subscription and recover the deducted amount.
