Hong Kong Quxin Technology Charge Without Permission

I took your IQ test and only intended to use a one-time free trial, but I have been charged twice through my TNG eWallet. On 20/02/2026 I was charged RM26, and on 20/04/2026 I was charged another RM26, even though I did not agree to any paid subscription or recurring payment. I request a full refund of both RM26 charges (total RM52) and the immediate cancellation of any subscription or future charges related to my account.
