Cancel My Unauthorized Skala Penilaian Kendiri SCL-90 Subscription Immediately

I am writing regarding unauthorized recurring charges related to “Skala Penilaian Kendiri SCL-90” that have been deducted from my Touch ’n Go eWallet, even though I never subscribed to this service and do not want it at all. I first became aware of this unwanted recurring payment on 18 April 2026 when I saw it in my Touch ’n Go eWallet transaction history. A charge of RM18.00 was deducted from my Touch ’n Go eWallet on 19/05/2026 at 02:30:02 without my clear consent or approval, and this same RM18.00 payment has now been deducted a total of 2 times. I do not need this service, I never knowingly subscribed to anything related to “Skala Penilaian Kendiri SCL-90,” and I was not properly informed that any recurring payment or automatic billing would be activated. Being charged in this way without explicit authorization is unacceptable and has caused me serious concern about the security of my Touch ’n Go eWallet and the subscriptions connected to it. I have already contacted the relevant parties about this issue, and my reference number is 2026051910110000010000TNGOW3MY171060494752092. Despite this, the recurring payment issue has not been resolved, and the charges have caused me financial loss and worry. I request a full refund of all RM18.00 charges that have been deducted without my proper consent and the immediate cancellation of this unwanted recurring payment or subscription linked to “Skala Penilaian Kendiri SCL-90” through my Touch ’n Go eWallet. I also request written confirmation that this subscription has been fully canceled and that no further charges of this kind will be taken from my account in the future without my clear and direct authorization.
