On July 19, 2026 at around 12:45 a.m., 199 PHP was taken from my e‑wallet without my clear consent by Hong Kong QuXin Technology Limited via Alipay+. I only opened an online survey/questionnaire, and without any obvious notice or agreement to paid services, an automatic subscription and deduction was made from my account. This hidden charge and unauthorized deduction is misleading and has caused me financial loss. I request the immediate cancellation of any subscription that may have been created in my name, a full refund of the 199 PHP to my e‑wallet, and a written clarification of how this charge was applied without a clear and transparent consent process.
