On 04.10.2024, I took my Honda Forza 250 motorcycle with the license plate 10 ANS *** to the Balıkesir MNR Honda service due to an ABS malfunction. After my motorcycle remained in the service center for about 12 days, they informed me that the ABS module was faulty and that this part would be brought from abroad. However, they said the earliest possible delivery date for the part is 03.02.2025 (5 months later). My motorcycle has only 2300 km on it, and it’s my only means of transportation. When I bought my motorcycle, there were cheaper options, but I chose Honda to avoid service and parts issues. Now, I cannot use my motorcycle, which I insured, bought a comprehensive policy for, and paid taxes on, because Honda cannot supply the part on time. If it’s not possible to resolve this promptly, I request that the faulty part be provided and my motorcycle repaired within the legal time limits, so I can have my vehicle returned to me and my grievance resolved.
