Honda Car Started Having Bad Performance After Maintenance

we brought our Honda car to the Honda Marmara service center over the holiday. after the maintenance, the car's performance totally tanked. So, we realized later that the little balancing thingy on the radiator cap was gone (probably fell off when we were messing with it). Unfortunately, they didn't catch this missing part during the service. So, like, right after I got the car back, it started overheating, there was obviously something missing that could make the car overheat, but because of the holiday rush, nobody bothered to check it out properly. At first, I was thinking maybe the problem could be because of the fuel, 'cause I had filled up at a different gas station. But, it actually ended up being that the fuel wasn't the issue, the car totally overheated again even after we swapped out the thermostat and radiator cap. It's so annoying to think that we gotta pay three times more at the authorized service center just to have everything guaranteed, but they still mess up and make mistakes in their work. I went to Honda Marmara to complain about my issue, and they were pretty nice to us. But, unfortunately, they couldn't really help me out or cover the costs I had to deal with. So, I reached out to Honda Turkey and complained, but all they did was say they'd give a heads-up to the authorized service. They couldn't do much else, though. Is this what they mean by customer satisfaction? I couldn't find anyone reliable to help me out with my problem. It's a bummer to see that even though we tried to get the car serviced at the authorized service center, they couldn't figure out what was wrong, sucks to have to deal with unresolved problems and costs even though we've been loyal to the brand.
