I Want Refund!

I made two separate deposits of ₺3,400 each, a total of ₺6,800 from my Vakifbank account to my Holiganbet account for balance loading. Although the money was deducted from my bank account, it has not been credited to my Holiganbet balance for about 1 hour. After I noticed that the money did not reach my account, I contacted Holiganbet live support. At first we were in contact, but then I was removed from the live support chat without any solution and my problem remained unresolved. I request that the total amount of ₺6,800, which was withdrawn from my Vakifbank account but not reflected in my Holiganbet balance, be refunded to my bank account as soon as possible.
