I am writing regarding a problem with the cashback that should have been credited to my 1xBet account registered with the user ID 380554***. I use your service from Egypt through the website. Between 14 and 17 June 2026, I fulfilled the conditions for receiving cashback, but no cashback was ever visible or reflected in my account balance. Because of this, I contacted your customer support. They replied that there is no technical problem and that I am not owed any cashback, without providing a clear and detailed explanation of why the cashback was not credited.
