I made a deposit of 1100 USDT to my 1win account on June 15, 2026 via the ERC20 network from my personal crypto wallet, but the amount has still not been credited to my account balance. The transaction was successfully sent from my wallet, yet my 1win balance remains unchanged and the full 1100 USDT is missing. I contacted 1win customer support through live chat and only received automated responses telling me to wait, without any concrete update, investigation result, or resolution. This situation is causing serious concern, as a large amount of funds appears to be stuck without any clear explanation or timeline. I kindly request that 1win manually verifies my USDT transaction hash, conducts a detailed investigation into this deposit, and immediately credits the missing 1100 USDT to my account balance. I also expect to be informed in writing about the result of the investigation and the reason why the deposit was not automatically reflected in my account.
