Unable To Recover TikTok Account Without Old Phone Number

I am writing regarding my TikTok account with the username @auntoftw***, which I have been unable to access since around September 2025 after I lost the phone number that was linked to the account. Since then, I have not been able to receive the verification codes that TikTok sends for login or recovery, so I am completely locked out of my account. I tried all the available recovery options, including the “Forgot password” steps and other methods offered in the app and help pages, but none of them worked because the codes are still being sent to my old phone number. I also contacted TikTok support about this issue, but the solutions provided did not resolve my problem and I still cannot access my account. I no longer remember which email address is connected to my account, so I cannot use email-based recovery either. Because of this, I cannot change the phone number from my side. I kindly request that you help me regain access to my account by changing or removing the old phone number and providing me with an alternative way to verify my identity and log in.
