Holiganbet Withdrawal Issue - Deposit Not Paid Out To User

On 19/11/2025, I deposited ₺500 into a betting site called Holiganbet. Although the deposit was successfully completed, when I submitted a withdrawal request through the site, no payment was made and I did not receive any response. Even though I contacted live support and other communication channels, the issue was not resolved; I was only given stalling and inconsistent answers. Holiganbet’s behavior clearly indicates a deliberate attempt to avoid making payments, victimize users, and gain unfair profit. Additionally, the site operates without a license and causes serious harm to consumers.

Hello, As a result of the grievance I experienced, the 500 TL I deposited has been refunded to me; thank you for this. However, due to the delays, lack of communication, and the inconvenience experienced throughout the process, I suffered both a loss of time and psychological pressure. For this reason, in order to fully compensate for my grievance, I am requesting an additional apology payment (compensation fee). I kindly ask that my request be considered for the sake of ensuring user satisfaction, maintaining mutual trust, and preventing similar issues from occurring again.
