I placed a total wager of approximately $195 across two betting spots and achieved a winning outcome that should have resulted in a payout of approximately $2,711. However, before the round was finalized, the game was interrupted, additional players were added to the table, and the card positions were changed.
As clearly shown in the screenshots I captured, the dealer had a King of Hearts, and I also held two Kings of Hearts. Based on the game outcome displayed on my screen, I should have received the full payout. I immediately contacted Holiganbet's live support team regarding the issue, but they did not provide any meaningful assistance or resolution.
I have been a long-time customer of this platform and have experienced losses totaling approximately $173,700 over the past six months. On the day of this incident alone, I lost approximately $3,037. I also request a thorough investigation, a written explanation of what occurred during this game, and fair compensation for at least a portion of the substantial losses and damages I have experienced as a result of these issues.
