I Face Holiganbet Withdrawal Delay and Still Haven’t Received My $217

On March 15, 2026, at 06:04 AM, I requested a withdrawal of approximately $3,125 from my Holiganbet account with the username “Ergn060325,” using my casino balance.
Although the transaction status on the website shows “withdrawal successful,” the funds have not been credited in any way to my Enpara bank account (IBAN ending in 0814).
Regarding this issue, I was asked to provide both my account statement and videos showing my mobile banking screen, and I submitted all requested videos and documentation in full.
Despite this, the funds have still not been transferred to my account, and I have not received any information or explanation from Holiganbet.
The videos I submitted clearly show the account activity and statements for the IBAN where the withdrawal was requested, confirming that the payment has not been received.
I have reported this issue multiple times through live support, but I have only been told that “you will be contacted,” and no follow-up has been provided, nor has the issue been resolved.
I request that this issue, which has been ongoing since March 15, 2026, be resolved urgently and that the $3,125 I requested to withdraw be immediately transferred to my Enpara account.
