Pdf-billing.com Charged My Card for an Unauthorized Subscription Renewal

I previously made only a one-time purchase through the pdf-billing.com website and I did not knowingly approve any subscription or recurring membership. Despite this, on 20.06.2026 I noticed that an unauthorized transaction in the amount of ₺1,775.00 was charged to my credit card with the description “PDF-BILLING.COM”. I did not receive any e-mail or other notification regarding the start of a subscription, an automatic renewal, or a recurring payment approval either during or after the initial purchase. There was no clear and explicit information or warning about automatic renewal presented to me at the time of the transaction. After noticing the unauthorized charge, I contacted customer service via e-mail. I was informed that my subscription had been cancelled and that no further fees would be charged, but that the collected amount would not be refunded and instead I could be granted lifetime free access. Since I did not consent to any subscription or automatic renewal and no transparent information was given to me about such a commitment, I consider the subscription to have been initiated without my knowledge. I request that the ₺1,775.00 charged to my card on 20.06.2026 without my explicit approval be fully refunded and that any records of this unauthorized subscription be cancelled.
