Deposit Amount Not Received

I deposited 500 rupees into my BDGWIN account on 06 June 2026 at around 10:43 pm. The payment was completed on my side, but the money has not been added to my balance on the platform and my account still does not show this amount. After noticing that the 500-rupee deposit was missing, I contacted BDGWIN support and informed them about the issue. Despite this, they have ignored my messages and have not given me any explanation, solution, or update. I request that my 500-rupee deposit, which was successfully paid but not reflected in my account, be urgently added to my BDGWIN balance or refunded back to my original payment method as soon as possible.and here is the order number -RC20260606224219191015224a
